Upon completion of a project and receipt of full payment, all agreed-upon deliverables and intellectual property rights for the completed game project transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate project agreement.

Tangerine Ghost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
